Where Do Kids Fit In?
At New Life, we believe kids are not just the future of the church—they are a vital part of it right now. That’s why we intentionally invest in creating a space where they are known, valued, and growing in their faith today.
Nursery: Newborn - 2 Years Old
Our nursery provides a safe, nurturing space where your little ones are loved and cared for while you enjoy the service. Through gentle play and attentive care, we create a comforting environment that helps babies feel secure and parents feel at ease.
Twos & Threes: 2 Years Old - 3 Years Old
Our 2s and 3s enjoy a loving, play-filled environment where they begin learning about God in simple, engaging ways. Through songs, stories, and hands-on activities, they are introduced to faith while building friendships and having fun.
Beginners: 4 Years Old - Kindergarten
Our Beginners class helps kids build a strong foundation of faith in a fun and engaging way. They’ll join the larger Kids Church for worship, then return to their classroom for interactive lessons and activities that help them learn about God’s love and grow in friendship.
Kids Church: Grades 1 - 5
Our Kids Church is a high-energy environment where kids grow in their faith through engaging lessons, games, and connection. They also experience powerful worship together—including live music from the adult worship band once a month—helping them feel part of the larger church family.

Safety & Security
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Each child must be personally checked in by a parent or guardian, who receives a matching security tag required for pickup. Kids are only released to adults with the correct tag, and access to classrooms is limited to authorized personnel until they open 15 minutes before service.
Bible-Based Learning
We use a Christ-centered, age-appropriate curriculum that brings the Bible to life each week. Through interactive lessons, worship, scripture memory, and hands-on activities, kids engage in meaningful ways that help them understand and apply their faith. These experiences encourage both spiritual growth and connection with others.
Kid-Friendly Space
We create an engaging, joy-filled environment where kids love to learn and connect. From energetic worship to creative activities, Sundays are designed to be exciting and memorable. Between services, the Wiggle Giggle Room offers a safe, playful space for kids to relax, have fun, and build friendships.

When are the kids services?
The kids’ ministry is offered for both 8:30 am and 10:30 am services, as well as additional care in the Wiggle Giggle room between services, for those who need to stay both services.
What is BGMC?
BGMC’s kid-focused program allows our teachers to introduce your children to God’s heart through global missions. Through BGMC, New Life Kids will learn about reaching the lost through praying, giving, and going. BGMC is the Assemblies of God’s missions' program for kids. We take monthly offerings, and all funds raised in our classrooms go to meet critical needs around the world. Examples would be feeding programs, water wells, Bible schools, curriculum, and whatever else a missionary needs in their part of the world. We believe it is our responsibility to give to BGMC so that our kids can impact other kids all over the world.
Each year, New Life Kids Ministry sets a goal to raise funds for BGMC. Ask Pastor Sonia about this year’s goal!
Are there accommodations for children with different abilities, sensory issues, or medical conditions?
Children with these abilities are welcome without hesitation! If this applies to your family, complete the form on the Plan a Visit page. Doing so, will allows our children’s pastor, Sonia, to schedule a qualified one-on-one adult buddy for your child, if that is helpful to their experience in the classroom. We know everyone is made in the image of Christ, so we do our best to make sure every child has an opportunity to learn and grow in His likeness.
Nerf Night
September 12th 6-7:30pm
Get ready for an evening of Nerf battles, games, fun, and friends! This is a great opportunity for kids to connect, have a blast, and make lasting memories in a safe and encouraging environment. Bring your own Nerf gun and safety glasses! (Let us know if you need to borrow one)
We're also looking for volunteers to help make the night possible! Whether you can help with setup, games, check-in, or simply be an encouraging presence, we'd love to have you on the team.
